Order processing time

​

Under normal conditions and circumstances, when stock is readily available, order processing 

 time takes 1 - 3 business days to fulfill depending on the date and time order is made.

You will receive a confirmation of your order automatically and then later a notification when your order

has been processed. 

Next processing time is the time between funds clearance and getting it processed through

the shipment carrier. Most items will be posted with Australia Post.

If an order is delayed due to lack of stock , you will be informed of this

You will receive a notification when pre-orders or backorders  arrive in stock and are being processed

as per the terms and conditions statement and any notices included here

You will then receive a notification when it has been shipped if pre-paid otherwise an invoice for payment will be sent to you

​

All orders are processed after receiving your order  checkout confirmations and only from Monday to Friday,

(excluding public holidays).

We check the website for any orders every day a few times a day so we can process them as quickly and smoothly as possible

​

Bulk orders, back-orders may take longer. Depending on the amount and type of product ordered and stock availability.

Usually, it can take up to 1 to 2 weeks for items not available in store to be shipped from our suppliers and stock to arrive at our premises.

However, stock availability, high volume orders, and other unforeseen circumstances can also delay its arrival from their end to us.

As discussed on our Terms and Conditions page regarding bulk orders, the time that is taken to receive any payment due from you for such an order and receiving  confirmation regarding orders, payment processing, shipping company delays, unforeseen

circumstances, weather issues, and even including but not limited to the area in which you live. All play a part

in the amount of time it takes for shipments to be delivered to you.

We do, however, anticipate getting your orders ready and sent to you as quickly, safely and

smoothly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

At this time Shipping charges noted online in you shopping cart/ checkout process are estimated regular rates to give you an idea of shipping cost for your items.

However, we believe in fairness on both ends so we do not charge you straight away during the checkout process.

As soon as we get your order, we pick and pack it ready for shipping and obtain the best price to ship your order,

which may be the same or less than the estimated price; but sometimes it maybe more too (unfortunately)..

 After it has be calculated we will send you an invoice which will display your goods order and accurate shipping costs.

This way you will be given the correct shipping charge and also the correct amount for your goods too (incase some may not be instock at the time of your order processing).

​

You will be given a choice of shipping such as Standard rate or Express rate which may or may not include a choice in courier, dependent on item/s ordered as some shipping companies and couriers have a limit on size and or weights of items.

​

(We will always seek out the best and most affordable way to ship your goods to you and give you the options for you to chose ((if any))

Delivery times will vary, depending on the factors discussed above. 

(And potentially other unforeseen factors as they come to rise)

​

However, upon release of your goods to shipping, they, the carrier, should also release to

you a tracking number and perhaps an estimated time/day of the goods arrival.

They will inform us of these same details. In doing so, we will also contact you with the details given to us regarding your shipment

Handling charges:

(Only if necessary for some goods)

​

At this time, there may be a small fee on top of shipping charges of up to $3.50 but only on some items due to the potential need of extra protection packaging, regardless whether or not you have organised your own shipping.

If this is necessary, you will be advised of this on your invoice for payment. It will be fully disclosed on your invoice as a separate charge.

Big and bulky orders will also obviously cost more in both shipping and sometimes the handling fees.

If this comes about we will inform you of any changes or options with your order.

All shipping/handling charges must be paid along with the payment for the cost of goods ordered on the invoice that will be sent to you and all payments must have been received by us and cleared into Witchy Productions account before dispatch and shipping of your goods can take place.

Unless an alternative method has otherwise been organised and agreed upon between you with us in writing.

​

 

 

In-store pickup

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available.

If you are extremely interested in purchasing a particular item or items on our site you can always drop us a message or contact us via email with your details and the items you are interested in and we can see what we can do about perhaps getting these to you and advise you of the costs involved (However, no promises)

How do I check the status of my order?

​

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You should also receive one from the carrier. However, this sometimes depends on the carrier used.

Please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to become available online under the company name of the shipping/courier/freight  company that is used for your delivery.

Most good shipping companies will also keep in contact with you about your tracking number, delivery status, and progress.

​

If you haven’t received your order within the time frame given please give at least an extra 24 - 48 business hours for delivery in case there was some unforeseen event that caused a hold-up.

After such time, if you still have not received your goods and they appear on the tracking system to still be in transit, you are welcome to contact us and we will look into it for you, not a problem, or alternatively, you are welcome to contact the carrier directly.

If you, however, organised your own pick-up and delivery service then it is your responsibility to follow it up and to contact them

​

Shipping to P.O. boxes

​

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. They have a contract with a carrier that is not the post office. As a result, they cannot deliver to a post office box without paying postage in addition to their charges. As well, the post office has a size and weight limits below that of other carriers. They just don't want to deal with it.

Preferably for these reasons a street address will be most appropriate for your deliveries.

Please be aware of this issue if a P.O Box address is used for delivery instead of a street address.

It WILL NOT be accepted!.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Goods dispatch

As soon as the goods are dispatched, they are no longer the full responsibility of Witchy Productions.

​

It is up to you to check on its tracking, delivery process, and who, when, or where it is received and / or delivered to.

Your information you give us must be up to date and correct at all times.

​

​

Any claims relating to delivery or damaged stock (proof will be required), if we organised shipping, it must be made within 2 days of receipt.

If you organised your own shipping, then it is up to you to take it up with the shipping company of your choice as Witchy Productions will take all care in packaging your goods for safe transport and that all goods have left our premises in good order,

​

However, we will investigate any such claims.

We will use our own discretion regarding these matters, on any claims and whether or not to make any refunds, credit notes, or any amendments on charges, exchanges, offers, etc.

If you organised shipping then it is your own responsibility to take it up with the carrier you chose and make a complaint for how they may have handled your goods.

All care will be taken on our end to ensure goods are in good order and appropriate safeguards are taken with packaging for shipment and carrier choices made. We will NOT use any other than a known/reputable company or our own delivery service.

​

We will not accept returns for credit without prior authorisation by us in writing, and absolute proof that it was a fault of Witchy Productions and not the carrier or receiver end and definitely not if goods go missing or damaged if you organised your own shipping, or goods were left unattended at a designated delivery address with your authority to leave.

​

If we organised shipping, Tracking advice will be checked. If items say "delivered" then Witchy Productions will not be held responsible for any missing items and will not be held to account to replace such missing items.

Witchy Productions will help investigate all avenues if there is any such report or claim made.

However, we are happy to discuss these matters with you. We are happy to reconcile with you and discuss forms of refunds we can offer should we decide your request or reasons are good and legitimate.

Goods are checked off against your order and a packing slip to ensure no item is missing before it gets sent to you and packaged appropriately as per item nature.

  • Goods cut to specific sizes can not be exchanged. They are not returnable or refundable.

  • Goods sold at special pricing, including clearance lines, can not be exchanged, and are non-returnable or refundable unless proven faulty within 2 days of delivery.

  • Clothing items such as costumes etc can not be returned if the packaging has been tampered with or it has been obviously "worn" and the 2 day grace period has expired

If any returns of stock is acceptable by us, packaging, handling, and shipping will be at the cost to you or to any other that is requesting any returns/ refunds.
